Easy 2-Step Process
Step
1 Obtain an ID Number
This is mandatory. Please
complete the online submission form by providing us with your contact
information. An ID Number and a Password will appear on the next screen. A
confirmation e-mail will be sent to you upon completion and submission of this
form. Please note that only the corresponding author will receive e-mails
concerning the submission and is thus responsible for informing all co-authors
of the status of the submission.
If you find an error, please modify your information by clicking on Modify/Correct
Submission Information and entering your ID Number and Password.
Step
2 Submit Your Manuscript
All manuscripts are to be
submitted in Portable Document Format (PDF) on-line via this website.
Manuscript will not be accepted by e-mail, fax or post. Once your paper has
been successfully uploaded, you will be sent a confirmation email.

of Your Manuscript

Accepted papers will be included
in the conference proceedings on CD-ROM, and then published in IEEE Xplore.
1) Prepare the manuscript
following the guideline
The Proceedings will be produced
from the electronic PDF file that you will submit to the web-site.
Please follow the guideline so we could maintain uniformity in the page layouts
of the proceedings.
*All manuscripts for the proceedings must be prepared on A4 page size
*Prepare up to two (2) pages of text and figures.
*Do NOT number your pages.
*The CD-ROM will be produced in color, but the hardcopy proceedings book will
be printed in black and white.
*Do NOT use HYPERLINK in your manuscript.
You will find more detailed instruction in the manuscript format.
2) Convert the manuscript into a
PDF file
All manuscripts submitted via
web-site must be converted into PDF file. The web-site do
not accept other format files.
IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT
password protect your PDF file. Password protected file cannot be included in
the publication.
